  13. program is the premier legal forms generator available whether
  14. commercial or shareware-- over 160 different forms can be
  15. generated. Of course, we are much more than a document generator.
  16. We also have tutorials and full text, with annotations of
  17. statutes and regulations.

  44. What does the program do?
  45.  
  46. You really receive 4 programs in one. The first, is a educational
  47. program to read, review and learn your legal rights by reviewing, 
  48. on screen, the FULL annotated text of laws and governmental 
  49. regulations. The annotations, prepared by an attorney, carefully 
  50. point the out the parts of the statute that are very important 
  51. for your legal rights.

  53. LEGAL FORMS: The program features an artificial intelligence 
  54. document generation program that prepares the following legal 
  55. forms. In many instances each form has several different 
  56. variations that you program by answering on screen questions. At 
  57. this time the program can generate over 190 different forms.

  59. TUTORIALS

  61.     This program also features tutorials, which are instructional
  62. texts that explain the nuts and bolts of various legal problems
  63. in an easy to understand way. In addition, the tutorials feature
  64. an on-line dictionary and the ability to examine both full text
  65. of the laws and the explanation on screen.

  68. WORD PROCESSOR

  70.      A new feature (with this version) is a word processor.
  71. You can use it to alter forms once completed.

  75. functions or run other program without exiting this Legal guide.

  77. THIS PROGRAM IS NOT CRIPPLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  79. The disk and files which you have RUN identically to the
  80. registered version of the Home and Business Legal Guide, (however
  81. the registration encouragement screen and information is disabled
  82. in the registered version) but do not have all of the legal data
  83. and forms of the registered version. Where are all the forms?
  84. That's a good question. The entire program takes approximately 3
  85. megabytes, and archived requires about 900 KB. That's a lot of
  86. data. Many bulletin board services limit access to 45 minutes
  87. daily. At 2400 baud you couldn't download the program in the
  88. allotted time. Therefore, we couldn't get the word out about our
  89. program. To have an evaluation copy of reasonable size, we have
  90. left out some of the data. Shareware is a great way to distribute
  91. software, and the "try before you buy" idea is tremendous. If you
  92. want to try the full package before registering, check with a
  93. disk vendor. Member boards of the Shareware Distribution Network
  94. should have all of the data as well as our own board and many
  95. selected systems around the USA.

  105. To summarize, although you do not have all of the data you do 
  106. have ALL of the features of the program. THE REGISTERED VERSION
  107. OF THE PROGRAM DISABLES THE OPENING SCREEN AND REGISTRATION
  108. ENCOURAGEMENT INFORMATION.

  110. The program requires an IBM compatible PC, XT, AT, 386 or 486
  111. system running DOS 3.3 or higher with at least 448 K free memory
  112. with a harddrive (fixed disk). NO GRAPHICS CAPABILITY IS
  113. REQUIRED, but a graphics adapter is recommended. A modem and a
  114. printer are recommended.

  117. manual then please review the full manual. To print the manuals, 
  118. be sure that your printer is on line, has ribbons and paper and 
  119. enter from a DOS prompt "pguide."

  170. ABOUT SHAREWARE

  175. Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software 
  176. before buying it. If you try a Shareware program and continue 
  177. using it, you are expected to register. (Our policy is listed 
  178. above) Individual programs differ on details-- some request 
  179. registration while others require it, some specify a maximum 
  180. trial period. With registration, you get anything from the simple 
  181. right to continue using the software to an updated program with 
  182. printed manual.
